Our Refund Policy applies to your purchase of any materials or products from us through the Website (collectively, the “Product”).
Final Sales: All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange in the event that items are damaged or deemed defective in transit.
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, you may return the Product to the Company for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery of the Product to you, subject to the following terms and conditions:
You must first contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Any Product returned beyond 30 days of delivery to you will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Products must be un-opened in their original packaging to be accepted for return. If we elect to accept the return of an opened Product (which we may decline in our sole discretion), such opened Products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do not reimburse shipping costs to return an item.
Return packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Products must be returned and received by us in original condition. We will not accept Products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the Product well and consider insuring the package.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team by email or phone. A vast majority of in-stock items are processed within 24 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order before it is processed. For customers wishing to cancel an order after it has already been processed, we will do everything we can to pull the shipment back from the courier. In the event that we are successful in pulling the shipment back from the courier, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the purchase amount less a 20% restocking fee.

Returns and refunds are only available in the event of an item arriving damaged or misprinted. If your T-shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and we will be sure to help! In all other cases, all T-Shirt sales are final.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Customers are solely responsible for inputting their correct shipping address information. GetNaturafied is not responsible for any losses resulting from packages lost during shipment due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
In the event that a package was lost during shipment due to GetNaturafied inputting the incorrect shipping information, GetNaturafied will send another package, free of charge.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can request a refund and make a new order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for lost packages.
