Placing an Order

  • Where is my confirmation email?

Naturafied automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal / Transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us at support@getnaturafied.com so we can send you an email with your order history.
  • Where is my receipt?

Your Naturafied Store invoice sent to you via email will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

We currently only accept credit cards.

  • What is your guarantee?

Naturafied offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all its items to make sure that we deliver high quality products all the time. If the goods you receive are flawed or arrive broken, we will offer a replacement at no additional costs. Just send an email to support@getnaturafied.com and our support team will be sure to take care of you!

  • Do you offer discount vouchers or coupons?

Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotions.

  • Can I send my order as a gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

  1. Shipping, Delivery and Returns 
  • Delivery TimeDue to the popularity of our products, it is currently taking 2-3 weeks for packages to arrive. We'll send you tracking information as soon as we receive it! (Usually 4-5 business days). We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that!

*If you ordered more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

We run product-specific, collection-specific, and storewide free shipping promotions often, so make sure to get on our mailing list and like our Facebook page so that you can stay up-to-date! Otherwise, there is typically a $4.95 shipping fee or more, depending on the product.

  • How Do I Track My Order?

We will be providing you with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

Please take note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the courier directly:

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

Naturafied is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with their purchase. Please contact us at support@getnaturafied.com and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

You can check out our return policy here.

You may also ask for a Naturafied credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

III. Issues

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong item(s) – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

            If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Double Billing

If you only ordered one item and are double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.

  • Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)

Naturafied can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address if it's within 24 hours of the order date. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address, as our fulfillment center will most likely have already processed the order.
